We are currently seeking a remote, Sr. Backend Golang Developer to join our team headquartered in Longboat Key, Florida.

Job Title:Sr. Backend Golang Developer

Location:Remote, Indonesia (USA Company)

Job Type:Full Time, Contract-to-hire

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team for minimum 1 month full-time, but with a good possibility of turning into full time.

You will be working with the development, deployment, monitoring and scaling of our backend system that enables a feature rich API for our application.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect solutions that will achieve company’s business, product and technology roadmap
• Setup and maintenance of GPU farms
• Provide support for feature engineering, feature stores, & ML model management
• Building and deploying state of the art security products using the latest CI/CD techniques which are and fully automated, repeatable and secure.
• Document SOP’s for visibility and understanding from adjacent teams
• Secure infrastructure using security best practices (TLS, certificate management, authentication and authorization etc.)
• Work with the existing DevOps team to design and implement a consistent logging, monitoring, and diagnostic systems
• Work with the existing DevOps team to design and develop a consistent deployment infrastructure for service mesh applications using technology such as Kubernetes, Jupyter Hub, docker, AWS and Terraform.
• Administration of Linux systems at scale using automation.
• Optimization of the current system architecture to improve speed, security, and scalability
• Work with the existing DevOps team members to design and develop scalable, secure, and fast multi-cloud implementations with the ability to spawn and destroy Kubernetes instances on demand

Required Qualificatioins

• Working with OS apis from golang
• Has a proactive attitude and can work well both collaboratively and independently
• Can Deploying go apps on server / nginx / apache
• Experience with security best practices.
• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and Python
• Knowledge of deployment technology such as GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ansible.
• Expertise in deploying applications to multiple cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience building pipelines and deploying software or machine learning solutions using CI/CD, DevOps, or MLOps principles
• Experience with AWS services such as VPC, ELB, IAM, KMS, EC2, Config, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, Lambda.
• Experience developing scalable backend services with high request loads
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Go programming language and PostgreSQL.
• QA Tests
• Advanced experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving bugs and issues for our users
• Being proactive and identifying risks and vulnerabilities in our systems
• Monitoring performance, capacity and security issues to ensure optimal performance for our backend services
• Working closely with frontend developers to align on functionality and ensure compatibility
• Designing and developing new features for our backend services and refining existing functionality
• Developing and supporting our backend infrastructure including databases, servers and CI/CD pipelines
