MSA is currently recruiting forFreelance Auditor Roles in ISO Series (9001, 14001, 45001, 37001, 37301, 21001)to join its forces in different part ofIndonesia.

Mission

This role focuses on managing the audits process related to the different certification schemes on project bases

Job Responsibilities

• Plan the audits;
• Participate in and conduct audits (Carry out interview, take notes during the audit);
• Identify and define the results of the audit (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement);
• Draw up the audit reports;
• Check the customer documents management system documents (as manual, procedures, instructions, files, records), technical documents and other documents supporting the audit;
• Demonstrated customer focus, striving for high customer satisfaction, understanding the requests and needs of the customer, and being responsive for the quality and effectiveness of the audit activities audit process.
• Carry out technical review of files and decide on certification;
• Follow up the results of the audit (Non conformities and corrective action management);
• Maintain updated the data of the customer and the other data relevant to the audit process;
• Keep skills / qualifications / certifications up to date;
• Coordination with MSA team regarding the scheduling, material, and way of working;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 man-days audit would be advantageous (proven by audit log or assignment letter)
• Proven communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Lead Auditor qualifications and experience in ISO standards (e.g. ISO 21000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001, ISO 37301) would be advantageous
• Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Word and Excel skills are necessary.
• The candidate will need to have successfully completed an recognized LAC such as IRCA or PECB or other schemes, Exemplar Global or equivalent recognized Lead Auditor Course and have a current certificate of this training.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
• A postgraduate (S1) qualification in a relevant field or discipline would be advantageous.
• Willing to travel.
