Summary of Role:

As a Marketing Data & Research Specialist at Athletikan, your main responsibility will be to gather and analyze data to drive our marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. Working closely with the marketing team, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations based on thorough research and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and market research, coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Establish goals and objectives to effectively reach our customers through various marketing channels, both digital and traditional.
2. Generate leads for content creation through electronic communications such as email campaigns and direct messaging.
3. Develop and lead an integrated brand and messaging strategy to enhance awareness and engagement with our target audience.
4. Assist in analyzing marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic, to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing A/B testing campaigns to identify and optimize messaging, audience targeting, and creative variables.
• Stay up to date with market and online trends relevant to our brand to ensure campaign and promotional relevance in each market.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis using surveys, focus groups, and other primary and secondary sources.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Fulfill other duties as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance. Regularly communicate results to stakeholders through comprehensive reporting.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven marketing experience, encompassing both digital and traditional channels.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail/fashion industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Strong knowledge and experience in utilizing Facebook Ads.
• Passionate about teamwork and achieving collective success.
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.

Position Details:

Title: Facebook Ads Expert

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role will have approximately 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.

Schedule: Minimum 25 hours per week. Occasional longer working days or weekends may be required for important brand events.
