Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Resort Manager to join our team in Raja Ampat - Indonesia. The Assistant Resort Manager will be responsible for assisting the Resort Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the resort, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of resort staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that all resort policies and procedures are followed by staff members.
  • Assist the Resort Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure that all resort facilities are well-maintained and comply with Lotus Hotels standards
  • Assist the Resort Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the resort, including front desk operations, reservations, housekeeping, food and beverage service, projects and maintenance.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial reports if needed, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage the resort staff and ensure that all staff members are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to provide excellent service to guests.


Qualifications & requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of staff members effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Indonesian citizen
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Hotel Management Software is a plus)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
