Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Job Requirement:

• Professional demeanor and proactive approach is a must.
• 5 years experience in the same field.
• Must have a good command of quality acceptance criteria and convince the production manager about the importance of product quality, is a must.
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision, responsible & dicipline.
• Excellent both written and verbal Communication Skill.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s with experience in the field is more preferred.
• Adaptable in any situation & ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to be place in any work area.
• Good/ ability to analyze data, create , review product industry and processes.
• Strong organizational, strong leadership, & strong negotiating skills.

• Formulate and create strategies to increase productivity and quality.
• Involved in recruitment process.
• Training/Coaching, motivating, and correcting employees to ensure the QC's employee are met company requirement.
• Analyze data to find an area for growth and improve.
• Review the process to ensure that the QC is working in accordance with the established SOPs and standards.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
• Design, Implement, & Improve company quality standard.
