Assistant Preschool Teacher Jobs

Little Wonderer is a homeschool preschool daycare in Tangerang Selatan supporting working parents to nurture and care for children during working hours. Our program is a multilingual program and we prepare the children for primary school readiness.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children in activities that are age-appropriate and in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling
• Taking photos and videos of children's activities with parent's informed consent
• Making reports: daily attendance report & weekly progress report
• Together with the main teacher to create plans for children’s daily activities in line with the curriculum and suitable teaching materials
• Assist in working with individual and small groups of children, to help reinforce lessons presented by main teacher
• Encouraging social interactions between children, positive behaviors, healthy learning environment, and discipline, providing guidance as needed, improving their self-esteem, and resolving occasional arguments

Qualifications

• Person who loves children
• Previous experience is not necessary, but we need someone who is eager to learn and willing to work with heart
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Minimum diploma degree, bachelor degree is desired
