Asset Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, have the experiences in Asset Management over 2 years, and team management over 5 people.
2. Able to speak Mandarin fluently (listening, speaking, and writing)
3. High responsibility, focus on work, reasonable, hard-working, enthusiastic, good at coordination.
4. Has customer service skill, languages skill, team management skill, documentation skill, MS skill, especially in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)

:

1. According to system and process asset management, summarize the situation of uploading asset system, also optimize the asset management systems, and business process properly, also complete the tasks with the most effective result.
2. Responsible for improving asset management systems, report the needs, and coordinate with Product Department to follow-up and confirm system result, to ensure the integrity of the asset management data.
3. Monitor, response and check asset management of the company, responsible for managing daily asset, until the application, requisition, transfer, inventory check, scrap
4. Understand in the company managing asset situation, be able to control and increase-decrease of the asset.
5. Analyze data and create a report involving asset stock, statistic, asset evaluation, safety checking and set solution plans for the future problems.
6. Take care of asset management, coordinate with the related departments to evaluate, comment and confirm the result.
7. Monthly check asset list, coordinate with Procurement Department and Finance Department to ensure that the data of each department are a match and correct.
8. Responsible for planning annual inventory check, monthly and quarter random inventory check, also responsible for summarizing inventory check data.
9. Support to complete checking asset task.
