Our project teams collaborate with top architects, professional legal advisors, and real estate experts to provide trusted property services to both local and international partners and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on design and technical aspects.
• Prepare detailed architectural/mep/structural/interior drawings, including plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Assist in the coordination of design changes and revisions as required.
• Review and check drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with architects and interior team.
• Maintain a well-organised archive of project drawings.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 Year of experience as an Architectural/MEP/Structure/Interior Drafter
• Have the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Able to be based and work in Bali
• Good communication and co-operation skills.
• Able to communicate well in English
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Sketchup and other relevant drafting software (2D & 3D)
• Experience with villa building drawing is preferred
