• English Speaking and writing fluently
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Degree in architecture or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Newforma, etc.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Must be in Bali to APPLY and Available for an Interview in our office in Berawa, Canggu.
• Posses active SKK is a bonus
• Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
