The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Present and train on social media strategies to clients
• Complete weekly and monthly performance reports
• Conduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor analysis
• Maintaining blogs & implementing SEO optimization techniques for the website and the youtube channel
• Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
• Maintain weekly reports and monthly reports
• Carrying out SEO Audit work, connecting bloggers for quality backlinks
• Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
• Collect constant feedback from the clients and work with other teams to lay down the requirements and enhancements required
• Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all enterprise account management matters
• Translate from English to Arabic
• Always work towards those goals
• Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
• Carrying out all off page activities like Directory submission, Business Listing, Blog posting, Social Bookmarking etc, Classifieds ads submission, Image sharing and many more activities.
• Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Must have off page/on page SEO knowledge
• Responsible for the execution, coordinating and implementing SEO activities (on page & off page) for E-commerce websites
• Performing competition analysis and backlink analysis
• Prepare and present reports on their progress
• Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
• Maintain relationship with the clients by providing support, information and guidance while at the same time recommending new opportunities and service improvements
• Ensure consistent performance reporting, detailing client satisfaction, complaints and improvements feedback to the senior management
• Help to execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies (including link building) for a range of clients in a host of industries
• Hands-on with Google Analytics, Webmaster tool etc
• Performing keyword research to optimize existing content and explore new opportunities
• Good understanding of search engine optimization techniques.

Ideal Profile

• You are a strong in relationship builder
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You have at least 6 months of experience in SEO
• You can easily write content in Arabic and you can translate from English to Arabic to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholder across the region.
