Department: Artists & Repertoire (A&R)

Reporting to: A&R Director

Duration: Ideally, able to commit for 6 months

Here you will be involved in:

• Help maintain the organization of files and documents.
• Oversee the recording, mixing, and mastering of new music.
• Oversee the visual production (photo & video) of new music.
• Collaborate with artists and producers to develop creative concepts and production strategies.
• Be responsible for discovering new talent & coordinating the production of new music.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, and producers.
• Assist in the discovery of new talent by researching and attending live shows, reviewing demo submissions, and analyzing market trends.

It's music to our ears if you have:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for discovering new talent and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High mobility and available to work late hours as needed.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in music or a related field.
• Must be a university student or have graduated from university no more than 6 months ago.
