Job Description

Responsibilities are:

  • Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
  • Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions.
  • Conduct PoC to improve the systems and processes.
  • Provide technical support for enterprise-level software applications.
  • Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.
  • Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
  • Identify potential solutions for how to resolve issues.
  • Maintain service reports.
  • Work with the team to improve the performance and reliability of our software applications.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new features.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Prioritize multiple, open issues.


Who you are:

  • You abide by our values.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Has 2-3 years of experience as Software Engineer focusing on BAU / Apps Support (backend)
  • Experience with application platforms and technologies, including SQL, Java OR NodeJS. Knowing salesforce sales cloud or marketing cloud is advantageous.
  • You have GRIT

  • Have experience in application support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
