Api Documentation Specialist Jobs

• Maintain documentation
• Revise documents as new issues arise
• Present, process and collect documentation for customers
• Write technical documentation for internal and external developer audience
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Developed reports, charts and graphs to analyze critical data
• Provide technical support to customers for the preparation of documentation
• Present and process documentation neatly & practically
• Collect API comments from the developer team
• Assist customers if required
• Coordinate with several development teams
• Take charge in cross functional teams to create and update product documentation
• Write user interface text, online help, and developer guides

Requirements:

• Have full knowledge of UML and able to draw diagrams & write used case
• Understand technical documentation and documentation support tools
• Familiar with API Programming
• Detail oriented
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Have working experience min 2 years as a Technical Writer/Programmer
• High proficiency in SLDC and software development
• Excellent writing skills in English dan Bahasa
• Have technical writing portfolio work sample
