Responsibilities


  • Socializing SHE Program by proactive to promote the detail of updated SHE matter
  • Monitor and evaluate SHE policy implementation, identify environment and working safety issues and the possibility of incidents due to these issues; and adjust the program based on identification result
  • Follow up any nonconformance of SHE requirement and monitor the progress of compliance
  • Set up investigation team according to the type of incidents happened, lead the team (according to his/her authority), identify root causes and determining the corrective action


Requirements


  • Diploma Degree (D3) in any majors
  • 1 years in SHE
  • Comprehending Heavy Equipment Business and Technology Development, SHE Working Process
