*FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STAFF JOB VACANCY*
*Rijik Pelangi Wetan Foundation*, Banyuwangi is a non-profit non-governmental organization that aims to help deal with waste problems in Banyuwangi and its surroundings.
It is hoped that Banyuwangi will become cleaner through waste handling programs, reduce, reuse and recycling. The foundation will carry out campaigns, outreach, education and awareness to increase public awareness, educate the public about the vision and mission and objectives of the Rijik Pelangi Wetan Foundation in Banyuwangi.
The Foundation works closely with the Local Government of Banyuwangi and several donors from abroad and is responsible for managing the funds according to the allotment that has been agreed upon by all parties.
For this reason, the Foundation is opening job vacancies for financial accounting staff with the following conditions:
1. Minimum education D3/S1 majoring in Accounting or Economics
2. Work experience as finance staff/or similar
3. Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
4. Experience using financial software (preferably Accurate or Sango software)
5. Good MS Excel skills
6. Knowledge of taxation can be an added value
7. Excellent analytical and numerical skills
8. Having the ability to speak English is a plus
9. Sharp time management skills
10. Have excellent initiative and work independence
The selected candidate will be in charge of:
• Recording financial transactions, checking and verifying
• Perform reconciliation of all accounts as needed.
• Maintain and balance bookkeeping accurately, completely and up to date.
• Maintain, record and supervise the assets of the Foundation
• Prepare financial reports, in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Assisting the Treasurer in the payment process, preparing the budget and monitoring budget realization
• Maintaining a regular and organised financial document filing system.
• Collecting data for annual audits.
• Involved in the process of preparing, adjusting, and developing the financial management system
