This role is within the Digital and Technology Office (DTO), reporting to Engineering Manager, Data Platform. The DTO is tasked with the digital transformation of the business, enterprise applications management and support, and running day-to-day tech operations. We value,

You Freedom and Responsibilities are:

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AEM implementation, including performance optimization, security vulnerabilities, and content delivery.
• Developing and implementing AEM components, templates, workflows, and other content management functionalities.
• Following best practices for AEM development, including code reviews, version control, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously enhance your technical skills.
• Collaborating with QA teams to ensure proper testing and validation of AEM applications, including functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Customizing and extending AEM functionalities using technologies such as Java, HTL (formerly known as Sightly), JSP, XML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Integrating AEM with external systems, including CRM platforms, e-commerce systems, and marketing automation tools, using APIs and web services.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, content authors, and system administrators, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of AEM projects.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest AEM features, updates, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications and systems.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks.
• Building reusable AEM components and libraries to enhance content authoring capabilities and improve overall efficiency.

• Have experience or knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web content management and digital asset management.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, NodeJS, or JavaScript.
• You have 3+ years of experience in software development areas.
• You care about the people and lead by example.
