Job Title: Administrative Intern

Reporting To: Vice President of Operations
Location: Between Sumba Island and Bali.
Job Summary:
NIHI Hotels, a leading hospitality company, seeks a highly motivated and organized Administrative Intern to join our Operations team. As an Administrative Intern, you will support the Vice President of Operations by assisting with travel logistics, minute-taking, and handling virtual meetings. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Vice President of Operations with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Coordinate and manage virtual meetings, including scheduling, setting up Zoom meetings, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination of tasks.
- Maintain and update departmental documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct research and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duration and Compensation:
This internship position is for a specified duration, starting from [start date] and ending on [end date]. The selected intern will be compensated at a competitive rate.
