Job Description

Hi Jobseekers,

Abhitech Matra Indah is looking for professionals for Admin Operations ( Car Rental ).


Requirement :

  • Diploma degree
  • Familiar with Excel ( Reporting )
  • 1-year experience as an operational admin


:

-Make an expense report.

-Update system fleet management internal.

-Monitoring E-Money balance dan operational Expenses.

-Breakdown GPS Report & E-money.

-Download the Timesheet from the internal system Abhitrans &asking for approval to the client.

-Input daily order document

Responsible for the tidiness of both softcopy and hardcopy documents
