Accounting & Tax Supervisor Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our fast-paced media and creative company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with experience in managing a team and working in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and advice to support decision-making
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure financial stability
• Develop and implement effective financial control systems and processes
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance, accounting, and tax departments
• Supervise a team of finance, accounting, and tax professionals
• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in managing a team and working in a creative and dynamic environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
