Job Post: Accounting Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Admin Executive to join our fast-paced and bustling hair salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring recap data of daily operations of our business. As part of the team, you will be involved in a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

- Bookkeeping: Maintenance of financial records including petty cash, bank reconciliations, preparing invoices and receipts, and preparing financial reports for management.

- Payroll: You will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to labor laws and regulations.

- Commissions: calculating percentage-based commission payable to hairstylists, ensuring payment is processed promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as Accounting minimum 2 years

- English is a must

- Hands-on experience with accounting software

- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks

- Data entry and word processing skills

- BS degree in finance, accounting, or economics
