Job Description
Job Responsibilities


  • Responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and administration in daily basis and timely financial closing in monthly basis, with minimum late adjustments.
  • Analyse the effect of accounting practices and studies regulations/guidance to ensure the appropriate application of Indonesian GAAP
  • Assist with Financial Audit, to ensure satisfactory audit result and compliance
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of monthly and yearly financial statements
  • Produce consolidated financial statements or other financial reports as required by managements.
  • Analyse financial impacts of new business cycle/products and ensure the appropriate recordings in financial statements
  • Propose and review improvements in finance, accounting, business processes and procedures
  • Lead continuous improvement of process within Finance and Accounting team to ensure efficiency and effective closing process
  • Develop and document accounting policies, financial processes and procedures
  • Giving insight prior management decision making related to data in finance and others
  • Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting process within Pluang group


Job Requirements


  • Experience in big 4 Accounting firms
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Experience in financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations such as Tax, OJK and Bappepti
  • Minimum 5 years of experience middle to senior finance position, including financial closing cycle, financial reporting, consolidation and analyzing and enhancing financial systems and controls
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated business acumen and commercial insight and ability in developing a team.
  • Robust knowledge of Indonesian GAAP
  • Well organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail; follows through on multiple projects and juggles conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment; sets and meets deadline
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem solving skills
