Job Description

  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company
  • Manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax team
  • Financial statement, analysis, and advise to management level related to company's financial conditions
  • Monitor the compliance of applicable accounting and tax regulations
  • Manage the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual financial & tax report
  • Give feasibility for strategic and evaluation for brand activities and financial performance
  • Ensure all reports are timely submitted
  • Develop and executes Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
  • Build system that linked to all financial activities from operation to commercial
Requirements


  • Able to adapt with fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
  • High integrity and problem solver
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years working experiences in Accounting, Finance, & Tax, preferably in beauty, retail, or start-up
