The opportunity

Looking someone who can perform account receivables activities in an effective and aligned with the prevailing policies and procedures as well as perform treasury activities through the execution of bank payment and receipt transactions in accordance with prevailing local regulations and corporate policies with the objectives to ensure company profitability and to provide valuable business information for the company in accurately and timely manner.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Prepare monthly sales, weekly sales, and daily sales report
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and ensure no major finding in accounts receivables and treasury area
• Prepare sales and return accruals on a monthly basis
• Perform reconciliation between local ERP and DWH sales (cube)
• Monitor outstanding AR (local and export) balance through aging schedule as well as follow up to the customer to ensure there is no AR overdue
• Issue sales invoice and ensure its accuracy and timely for all delivered products
• Maintain cash flow report on monthly basis
• Ensure AR (local and I/C) balance is accurate by performing regular review and confirmation on monthly basis
• Ensure timely execution of bank payments by due date upon receipt of complete supporting payment documents with adequate approvals
• Prepare debit/credit note related to AR transaction and claim discount from distributors

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Good analytical skills, communicative, presentation and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency and Computer literacy
• Pharmaceutical marketing, sales & manufacturing knowledge
• Minimum 2 years (for Bachelor) and 5 years experiences (for Diploma) in finance/accounting (experienced in Pharmaceutical MNC is preferred)
• University / Diploma degree in Finance/Accounting
• Familiar with corporate policy and accounting knowledge including general and cost PSAK & finance
