Job Description

Job Qualifications:

  • Education Bachelor Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
  • Mastering Ms. Excel
  • Accustomed to communicate in English
  • Know the billing flow
  • Familiar with the accounting system

:

  • Make vendor registration, quotation, sales order, invoice
  • Coordinate with finance staff to check payments that have been made by the client
  • Make mutations or daily invoice recap
  • Create AR Aging reports and monitor AR Aging
