Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Translator to join our team. The Translator will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of languages, and the ability to think quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Research industry-specific terminology and stay up-to-date with language trends and changes.
• Act as a liaison between individuals who speak different languages to facilitate communication.
• Meet project deadlines and manage workload effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure translated material meets project specifications and requirements.
• Interpret and translate oral communication from one language to another, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.
• Translate written material into oral language when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both Indonesian and Mandarin/Putonghua.
• Familiarity with translation software and tools.
• Ability to think quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a translator, with a portfolio of previous work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field.
