Basic working knowledge of animal care

Accredited industry related animal technician licensure and/or certification

Maintain cleanliness of the animal environment, which includes making all necessary resources available for the proper treatment of animals.

Identify, improve and communicate health issues and problems for research.

At least 5 years of experience in farm management, preferably with a focus on rice cultivation.

Proven experience in project management, including the use of project management tools and cadence.

Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Implement and maintain project management tools and cadence to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Strong knowledge of rice farming best practices and modern agricultural techniques.

Develop, plan, and execute rice farming projects by coordinating with smallholder farmers and relevant stakeholders.
