Responsibilities
Arrange & monitor the activities in the development resins.
Develop new resins, implement new ideas in resin types & its property.
Direct R&D activities by selecting, planning, prioritizing, reviewing and providing appropriate guidance to ensure development of new innovative products and optimalization of existing products.

This role sits in Jakarta and reports to the team lead of CSO. Our ideal candidate will have a professional technical support background or come from similar systems administration, NOC or operations roles.

Responsibilities:
Provide reactive and pro-active customer support to ensure the best quality of service.
Address customer service desk queries and collaborates with our technical teams on more complex queries.
