Job Purpose

The Role Responsibilities
To direct and control the day-to-day function of Corporate Actions in particularly.
To ensure that the clients receive all CA announcement same day with the announcement receipt date so as to meet customer’s expectation and continually improve the quality of services without missing any announcement. Credit corporate action proceeds to client’s a/c timely and accurately with the correct tax rate.
To ensure compliances with the regulatory requirements set by Central Bank, Stock Exchange, Central Depository (KSEI), OJK, Tax office and also the banks established procedures.
To motivate and build teamwork spirit amongst staff so as to create a conducive working climate and at the same time monitors their performance.
To train and guide staff for self-development and improvements through training programmes and continuous update of market developments to equip staff with knowledge which would accordingly improve the quality of work.
To ensure accounting entries are correctly and properly registered and entered into the corporate action control log book and also bank''''s book.
To ensure documents are properly filed for easy retrieval when references to documents are required.
To maintain the good relationship with the market’s participants such as Central Bank, stock brokers, registrar office, issuing company, Central Depository (KSEI) , Custodian Banks, issuing company, and other related regulators
To participate in the quality improvement process and contribute towards the ISO Certification.
Ensure that effective arrangements are in place for the prevention of money laundering in line with the Group Policy and Standards, and local legal and regulatory requirements
To fully comply with Group Policy and Standards on Money Laundering Prevention or local regulatory requirements for the prevention of money laundering
To make prompt report of suspicious transactions or proposed transaction according to the documented process on reporting and / or in compliance with local regulatory requirements

JOB PURPOSE
Support administrative and invoice matters related to transport vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry and updates (including trucking rates/ types revision) into SAP system in a timely and accurate manner
Process and track internal status of 3PL invoices related to deliveries (trucking, labor handling, warehouse cost) to ensure payment request due to CAP are correct and justifiable, and additional cost are charged to customers accordingly, process shipment cost creation in system after verification.
Liaise and followup with 3PL for PoD (Proof of Document) due to be received and distribute to polymer business support and finance teams for billing & banking settlement purposes.
Initiate and confirm completion of monthly closing related to transport activities
Work closely with Polymer Business Support team to next process for any Lost in Transit (LiT) or return claim from delivery by supporting requirement document, and process trucking LiT or return claim to 3PL and need to closely follow up 3PL for confirmation until settlement.
Generate product downgrade report (if any downgrade cases), and closely work with Business Support team for processing.
Create necessary ITSR in SAP for internal flow as required, or any improvement in daily process initiated which need system adjustment, able to coordinate with IT to define and justify the requirement.
Assignment of added task as deem required to support Polymers Sales Business
QUALIFICATIONS
General Requirements: Basic Finance knowledge to prepare simple report to support Logistic team
Education: Min S1 in any background
Experience: Backoffice Support experience preferred, processing and handling invoices and coordinating with finance/tax/treasury team/department.
Experience in process digitalization project is a plus
Good communication & intense coordination with internal & external parties
