Sales Supervisor membawahi setiap team sales pada masing-masing kantor dan bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap team penjualannya sesuai dengan kategori produk yang dijual
Sales supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk dapat melakukan supervisi kepada seluruh team penjualannya dengan cara memberikan target penjualan, pengarahan, pengenalan produk, metode penjualan serta hal lainnya yang menyangkut teknik penjualan dan implementasi di lapangan.
Sales supervisor bertanggung jawab penuh atas setiap pesanan yang diterima atau diperoleh oleh setiap anggota team penjualannya, memeriksa keabsahan pesanan (stempel resmi dan paraf), harga produk, diskon, tempo pembayarannya, kredibilitas konsumen dan lainnya.
Sales supervisor harus melakukan konfirmasi via telepon atas pesanan pelanggan dengan jumlah melebihi plafond kredit atau diluar kebiasaan/jumlah besar.
Sales supervisor tidak diperbolehkan menyetujui pesanan dari pelanggan yang bermasalah (black list) atau ada tunggakan yang telah jatuh tempo tetapi belum dilunasi.
Sales supervisor harus mengetahui atas pesanan COD, untuk konfirmasi cara pembayaran yang akan dilakukan oleh pelanggan (Cash, giro atau transfer).
