To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication major, Master Degree holder will be advantages
Solid track record for 10-15 years in handling large telecom networks in a multi technology and multi-vendor environment
Demonstrated ability in leading large team spread across multiple locations
Specialization in radio access technology in 4G and experienced in handling SOC
Solid capabilities in data analytics for performance management
Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills in English

The Field Sales officer role is an exciting position within Modalku’s Retail Business Department responsible to maintain relationship with existing partners and to drive sales through direct interaction with customers and partners. The ideal candidate is located in Serang, he/she is a motivated, well-organized individual who has ability to work independently with minimum/remote supervision. He/she should be able to build a strong relationships with customers. increasing sales and revenues, helping with submitting documents, identified the trends and needs in the areas and be a good representative of Modalku brand in the area.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
Working together with Co-ops or Labor Union to open a booth in partner’s location from Monday to Thursday.
Actively promoting Modalku in order to attract customer and provide them with a clear information on Modalku products.
