The Head of NDO job role is to lead a proficient team of SME''''s for network performance as per the MS contractual deliverables.
The role also envisages a consulting function to engage with the customer in exploring new methods for improving customer experience and generate add on sales. Come and join us!
You will
Own the infrastructure capacity, performance analysis & solution. Working for the performance improvement
Deliver end-user Quality of Service Optimization
Manage strong competence for the team across the domains in RAN, Core, Transport for 2G, 3G and 4G
Manage the subscriber experience in next generation solutions NFV IMS vEPC etc
Encourage and deliver all operations services within the team, ensure end-to-end operational readiness of shared solutions services
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication major, Master Degree holder will be advantages
Solid track record for 10-15 years in handling large telecom networks in a multi technology and multi-vendor environment
Demonstrated ability in leading large team spread across multiple locations
Specialization in radio access technology in 4G and experienced in handling SOC
Solid capabilities in data analytics for performance management
Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills in English
