Purpose of the job:
Sales Engineer as Himel Brand ambassador and drive territory revenue, focusing on the project environment. He/she will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success. Job responsibilities:
1.To promote All Himel product to Specifiers, Developers, M&E Contractors & Indirect Panel Builders
2.To maintain and develop relation with Specifier, Developers, M&E Contractors & Indirect Panel Builders
3.To support specifier related with Schneider product, solution and specification
4.Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned by manager
5.Approach specifier’s key players to help secure orders & close the project cycle.
6.Propose specification for product and solution of offer based on features of Himel product
7.Gather project information (Secure technical spec and all related player/candidate )
8.Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to secure the project order
9.Managing Project Distributor to increase sales and ensure efficiency; Prepare monthly forecast order and estimation sales per quarterly
10.Prepare and plan marcom budget yearly and maintaining awareness of market trends in Electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding and events
11.Responding to customer complaints and comments
12.Evaluate Project distributor performance every quarter
Qualifications
Essential Professional Experience:
1.3-5 years in relevant Sales & Export roles
2.Project Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners.
3.Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions : Low Voltage electrical products , power distribution, industrial control products, etc.
4.Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries’ sales.
Desirable Qualifications
1.A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market.
2.Worked in leading companies in the Electrical Industry (Chint, LS, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Shihlin, Panasonic, etc.)

This person will be brought in to further develop, manage and be responsible for our commercial marine engine sales (merchant, yacht and offshore) in an effective manner. Qualifications:
Degree in Marine Engineering or related field with 7-10 years experiences in Sales or Application Engineering field of diesel engines. Prior experience in the commercial Marine segment is preferred.

Kacific is seeking an Earth Station Engineer to join its Technical team. The Earth Station Engineer will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia and reports to the Senior Technical Advisor.
He or she will be required to reside within timely access to the Surabaya Satellite Gateway and to travel between the Surabaya Gateway and our Diverse Gateway in Pasuruan on an as-needed basis.
As Kacific grows quickly and with new and critical customers joining our clientele base, the Technical Department needs to ensure that our services provided through our Prime and Diverse Indonesian Satellite Gateways are of the highest quality and reliability. Ongoing upgrades to equipment and systems, modifications and the installation of new systems have all become a regular feature of these two key ground facilities. Our reputation as a respected satellite service provider depends on ensuring these services are maintained to the highest level.
The Earth Station Engineer will work closely with on-site technical representatives of our Satellite Gateway partner and host company, PT Petro 1 Indonesia. Petro 1 have been supporting Kacific at these two facilities from the commencement of Kacific services and they will continue to do so. The Earth Station Engineer therefore needs to develop close working ties, cooperation and interaction with local staff in performing their role. Given the nature of the operation of the services and facility, the role will require regular shift working, together with out-of-hours and on-call support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Senior Technical Advisor, the primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting the operations, maintenance and development of satellite communications teleports, including providing assistance to engineering staff, pre-sales technical staff, third party technical staff and end-user customers
Responding and reacting in a timely manner in the identification and rectification of faults across complex networks and systems. In so doing, follow procedures for service restoration, notification and escalation of routine and non-nominal events.
Provide accurate and detailed information, reporting and documentation.
Use a range of technical monitoring tools, as provided, in support of system monitoring, measurement, trouble-shooting and maintenance.
Communicate effectively across all organisational levels with both internal and external customers.
Working on a rotating or fixed shift schedule and providing on-call support in consideration of 24/7 operational requirements.

To develop and operate Condition Monitoring programmes for John Crane clients.
To continuously improve the effectiveness of condition monitoring programmes, through defined review
process in conjunction with Global and Regional Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) as necessary.
To conduct analysis of routine vibration data.
To report Vibration and Oil Analysis results and associated corrective maintenance recommendations
To act as the client interface for the on-site delivery of Condition Monitoring services.
To conduct routine Condition Monitoring surveys at our clients’ premises.
Mentoring of clients in basic Condition Monitoring techniques.
To conduct periodic on site Pump Performance Testing and onshore Reporting.
To conduct specialist vibration analysis and equipment troubleshooting (e.g. Balancing, Orbit Analysis).
Using a defined process calculate the cost benefit of carrying out recommendations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Bachelor of Science in Engineering, prefer ME.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in vibration analysis for condition monitoring of rotating equipment (pumps,
compressors).
Working knowledge of Computers, MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software.
Excellent written and verbal business communication.
Excellent training, leadership, facilitation, influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-stress environment.
Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
