Job Responsibilities
P/L responsibilities with sales and revenue target ownership for Razer Gold in Indonesia.
Formulate and implement an account penetration, management and growth plan that maximizes sales and profits.
Develop growth strategy and business partnerships pipeline that drives ROIs for the product annually.
Ensure Razer Gold maintains a good market standing on the product direction and business development of our products and services and stay relevant to market’s current and future demands.
Identify business opportunities and work with Product Development team to develop product requirement specifications to capture the business opportunities.
Responsible for channel relationships and the opening of channels to drive distribution for Razer Gold.
Oversee the business, marketing and operations team for Razer Gold in Indonesia and work closely with back-office support teams.
Understand the gaming and digital content landscape and partners across PC, Mobile and Console.
Drive the business development team to develop performance targets for key accounts globally.
Collect and analyze revenue and partnership data related to partner accounts to be presented regularly to Management.
Negotiate agreements with clients and manage, review and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests for Razer.
Develop long-term partnerships with the assigned accounts for the benefit of both companies.
Working with Compliance team to make sure our product is compiling with required regulations.
Pre-Requisites
Qualifying degree with 8+ years of experience in the online gaming/digital content or payment service industry.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience and successful track record in managing a team of more than 10 people.
Owned and maintain P/L responsibilities for more than 5 years in an online content business.
Demonstrate experience with a successful track record in managing accounts, building relationships and driving revenues.
In-depth knowledge of the online gaming content / industry and its competitive background.
Excellent understanding of PC and mobile game content development processes, pipelines, workflows and tools.
Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide business insights and develop strategic to counter-challenges and grow new business.
Own and maintain an extensive partnerships network in the gaming, digital content and payment industry. Experience in working with international partners and multi-countries partnerships.
Experience of managing a diverse set of stakeholders.

Job Description
Key responsibilities
Financial Performance & Strategy
Accountable to achieve Product/Solutions/Service sales OP target for country and / or assigned accounts. This includes all revenue segments of contract and non-contract elements, Direct and Indirect sales
Ensure pricing compliance for all opportunities.
Manage opportunities and funnel using applicable CRM sales funnel tools and reports for their products/solutions/services in their assigned territory/accounts.
Manage and motivate service sales team to optimize financial performance
Design/Execute on country-wide sustainable growth strategies in order to boost and grow revenue/margins for the country
Build strong relationship with Channel Partner for the Indirect business growth and drive the strategy execution on the sales revenue target
Territory & Account Management
Create territory/account plans including opportunity development, competitive strategies and targets for service sales team.
Build strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans within the assigned accounts/ territory. Identify & respond to key account technical and departmental decision makers’ needs and maintain customer contact records in the relevant CRM tools.
Maintain a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop effective counter-strategies.
Coach and support sales team to achieve sales target and build strong relationship in assigned accounts
Product & Market Expertise
Work collaboratively with marketing function to plan and execute on growth programs
Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product/solution/services. Be able to present and discuss the value proposition and benefits which are relevant to customers.
Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/services.
Develop their understanding of the customers changing service needs and/or operational issues and challenges.
Create viable product/service configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for GE.

Opportunity management and commercial rigor
Identify and create new opportunities and work with sales / service leaders and account teams (where applicable) to continuously increase prospect and opportunity funnel.
Support and manage tender/bid processes including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet sales and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Create and maintain opportunities in the applicable sales CRM tools.
Ownership of opportunities and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs including service contract offerings.
Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company''''s production and delivery schedules ensuring fulfillment of the order is according to customer expectations and enhances customer satisfaction.
Coaching and maintaining commercial rigor for self and team through the adoption and use of CRM tool and aligning to the associated commercial metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 year experience in managing sales team. Demonstrated leadership in identifying growth strategy, analyzing opportunities and gaps, motivating team to achieve sales targets.
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
