Uraian Tugas
To lead the planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximise ROI across Paid Social channels.
Responsibility :
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
Devine and review every issues regarding digital brand
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Requirements :
English is a must
Have experience in managing brands with high ROAS
Have 2 years experience in the same position
Ambitious, fast pace and aggressive person
Have managed a minimum budget of 250 million for ads
Be able to analyze market leader, market share and digital penetration
Always keen to reach the maximum performance of the clients that being handled
Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
Understanding suitable content with the brands and FOMO
Experienced in handled many ads in many platform
Digital analytics and ever utilized many tools
A highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
