We are looking for a Fleet Operations Intern to support our team in managing our internal fleet operations for a minimum of 3-months fully paid internship. You will be working directly with the Fleet Operations Analyst and our Supply Chain Lead in an early-stage startup that offers a fast-paced, non-hierachical environment and direct line of communication to our CEO & Founder.
Service-level agreement (SLA) and Control, defining the level of service you expect from a vendor and laying out the metrics by which service is measured and controlling those metrics;
Manage Assets and equipment that requires in all 3PL Motorist
Conduct Service Control in LMD in 3PL
Coordinating with the Customer operation team regarding customer voice, support, etc;
Since we are an early-stage start-up you will also be required to work on other tasks that may arise.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (business and/or industrial engineering, Computer science preferred). Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Microsoft Excel/ Spreadsheet Savvy
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent Bahasa and English;
A passion for social and environmental impact;
Able to vary communications and presentation according to respected audience;
Able to work from our Cipinang Warehouse on most days;
Able to use personal laptop for work;
