Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience designing and implementing processes and policies to improve the ability to partner globally; ensuring partners are fulfilling their contractual obligations and that the organization is providing the required support for them.
Experience in business development, partnerships, product management, general management, sales or other related fields.
Direct experience with government agencies, transit agencies or related experience.
Demonstrated experience clarifying and summarizing complex issues.
Exceptional analytical and reasoning skills to structure partnership models and handle complex technical, contractual and financial issues.
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
About the job
The Search, Assistant, Geo, Shopping & Marketplaces, Travel, Web, Distribution and Ads partnerships teams are working together to build partnerships across our flagship products. These partnerships will translate to more cohesive and helpful user journeys, and better, healthier ecosystems for our partners. The Geo team negotiates and manages Content Partnerships (e.g. data licensing agreements) and Actions Integrations (e.g. collaborations to let users “do things”).
In this role, you will develop and execute local, regional and global partnerships that enable product teams to meet goals for efforts that address user needs around Geo content areas (e.g. transit information). You will work closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams to source, negotiate, and execute complex partnerships as well as develop go-to market strategy for scaling new ecosystems.
The focus is on Indonesia, but there is room for broader regional contribution.
Partner closely with Product and other cross-functional teams to drive user value by driving product partnerships from concept to launch to ongoing partner management.
Manage coordination with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Policy, PR, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Finance) and other Business Development teams, including regional counterparts around the world. Support cross functional initiatives.
Define and execute partnership strategy, identify new product-enabling partnership opportunities, and develop go-to-market plans.
Source and value potential partnerships, perform due diligence on the partner/content, and lead a deal through execution.
Understand product launches/plans and implications for our company and partners as well as contribute to related internal and external communication.

Risk Strategy & Business Operation Manager

About the Role
A great opportunity awaits our Risk Strategy & Business Operation Manager who will take the wheel in identifying potential risk breaches and developing risk mitigation strategies in our fast-expanding business. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Risk, you’ll act as a thought leader within our Risk function, overseeing the development of a holistic approach in implementing risk management strategies and leading multiple ad hoc Risk special projects. Together with board members, CXOs, and external stakeholders, you’ll cultivate an effective risk culture within the organization, influencing functional stakeholders to implement other broad risk control strategies within their domains. Your efforts will directly bolster the continuous improvement of our platform integrity aimed at further amplifying users’ trust and perception of Gojek, ensuring a safe platform our users can count on and love to come back to.
What You Will Do
Analyze the effectiveness of the Risk processes and systems in use, and integrate corrective action or automation into these approaches
Ensure Risk Management policies and processes are clearly articulated by appropriate teams, and are regularly updated and communicated effectively
Oversee the administration and management of special risk assignments across businesses/ products, geographies
Ensure company leadership is kept abreast of the overall risk strategy and current status of significant initiatives, and are given the appropriate level of management support
Own workstreams to track users’ Trust perception of Gojek; understand these drivers and align initiatives aimed at maintaining and improving platform integrity
Support the building of technology and products relevant to Risk Function, including working and owning the relationship with relevant third parties
What You Will Need
At least 6 years of experience in analytical, problem-solving roles within a fast-paced environment; strong exposure to risk strategy and policy
Strong knowledge of current industry best practice relevant to risk, possibly through membership of professional body and/or special interest groups
Excellent people management skills and organizational agility to prioritize tasks and align a large group of senior stakeholders (including CXOs); at least 5 years of experience in managing & mentoring direct reports
Proven track record for building and scaling programs from ideation to implementation; ability to take ownership and accountability for ambitious goals
Strong written & verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with board members, CXOs, and external stakeholders in efforts to cultivate an effective risk culture within the organization
A data-driven, creative, and resourceful worker; a passion for data and the ability to use it to frame business decisions and tradeoffs effectively; strong problem-solving skills to turn complex issues into actionable steps
Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, create structure out of chaos, proactively identify opportunities, take initiatives and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
