Mazars Indonesia is looking for an
to join its growing team of professionals. Since its establishment in 2008 in Indonesia, Mazars has grown to be one of the top audit, outsourcing, tax, legal and advisory services providers.
To manage a variety of routine to complex office management duties to support the day-to-day operations of the company.
Role and responsibilities:
Office maintenance: cleanliness, services/maintenance.
To ensure access to office is secured and only authorized personal access the premises (including in-charge for building access, CCTV, and fingerprint system)
To establish and implement standard operating procedures to run the office properly
To ensure that retention, protection and confidentiality of files and records of the office are always maintainance.
To assign and monitor clerical, administrative and corporate secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
Management of IT equipment: maintain up-to-date inventory of Mazars IT equipment and its security
Maintain the updates of compamy’s legal documents
Administer company’s annual membership registration to related authorities
To arrange travel, meetings and appointments of management
To maintain office supply and office equipment to include managing tender and procurement with vendors
Manage employee’s health insurance administration
Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in office management, general services/general affairs
Excellent communication in
English is a must
Must be able to excel in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Hands-on experience with MS Office, must be technologically savvy
Strong attention to detail and highly organized, ability to multitask.
