As an Area Sales Representative (Pressure Pumping), you''''ll be responsible for:
Supporting all Baker Hughes Pressure Pumping solutions and customers’ requirements.
Leading creation of technical proposals to fit customer needs, enhance production, reduce operating costs, and maximize profitability to Baker Hughes.
Selling to named account(s), new customer development, including key accounts within a single business group or product line.
Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
Working based on predefined contracts price frameworks and some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
Handling diverse clients in a region, sales quota and revenue plan and insuring met or exceeded plan on regular basis.
Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders, local focus on small-medium size territory.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or related field
Demonstrate an extensive (10 years and more) technical and sales aptitude with direct experience in Pressure Pumping – Coil Tubing, Cementing and Stimulation.
Show a good experience in Sales in Oil & Gas industry for at least 5 years
Have good IT and technical skills with fluent English in both written and oral communication.
Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Be available to join our team quickly and to work in Indonesia without the need for a visa

Drive the development and execution of Market Access and Government Affairs strategies for Medtronic Indonesia.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Government Affairs:
Build strong network with external stakeholders (government, medical device association, ‎chambers, etc) to drive advocacy that lead into more positive ecosystem to Medtronic Indonesia ‎or mitigate the risk of policy direction that impact to the business. ‎
Lead interactions with industry associations and payers, including government, private managed ‎care and others funding organizations. ‎
Accountable for developing, coordinating and driving government affairs strategies, balancing ‎appropriate priorities across the Business Groups and aligning with overall Medtronic Indonesia ‎business strategy and the threats and opportunities in the external policy environment. ‎
Market Access : ‎
Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to improve market access for ‎Medtronic all Business Groups through reimbursement, public procurement and partnership ‎programs to obtain coverage, coding and payment from payer / providers
Provides reimbursement-related advice to product development teams, marketing, sales, ‎regulatory, clinical and business leaders.‎
Identifies payer opportunities and issues and implements programs to resolve/decrease barriers to ‎entry for the company''''s products or therapies.‎
Works closely with Health Economics and Outcomes Research staff to evaluate the economic ‎impact of the use of therapies/products on payers, including the government.‎
May create training and deliver education programs to sales force, physicians, home care agencies, ‎case managers, hospital CFO''''s, medical directors, billing personnel, and pharmacists in clinics and ‎hospitals.‎
Work closely with our local, regional and global teams to use specialist knowledge of Medtronic ‎therapies and health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) methodologies to optimize Health ‎Technology Assessments (HTA), Reimbursement applications, Case-Base Groups funding ‎mechanisms, and Hospital- or Payer-level business cases
Leadership and Collaboration
The individual carries out his/her responsibilities within a framework of multi-disciplinary teams including Country and ‎Business leaders and adjacent functions such as clinical research, marketing, pricing, training & education, medical ‎programs, etc. The scope of activity is broad and requires strong skills in advocacy, prioritization and project ‎management.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
Nice to Have
Degree in Economics, Health Economics or Bioscience (including Medicine, Pharmacy, Biostatistics)‎
Previous relevant experience in Healthcare industry
