What you will do
As a member of the Business Consulting, you will contribute technically to Consulting client engagements and internal projects including business development. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external professional relationships. You will also assist in identifying potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate.

Client delivery responsibilities
Contribute to engagement team to integrate client’s strategy, process, people, and technology
Participate as a fieldwork team member in Consulting engagements for business transformation, finance, supply chain, enterprise risk, technology risk, and digital & emerging technologies
Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
Leverage data and technology to assist senior team members in providing innovative solutions to client’s challenges
Assist in preparing high quality work products for clients and other related parties in timely manner
Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other services across the organization

Have a bachelor’s degree in the areas of Accounting/ Finance/ Management/ Business/ Risk Management/ Information System/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Mathematic/ Statistic/ Engineering from reputable university with excellent academic record. Master’s degree will be an advantage. A master’s degree holder in these fields is also invited to join.
Fresh graduate or has limited working experience (for Junior Consultant) and minimum 3 years of related experience (for Senior Consultant).

Understanding on the principles of business management

About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Visualization Architect for our Enterprise BI Application. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, you''''ll be an integral player within Gojek’s IT Enterprise Systems team under the CIO Organization. In this senior-level role, you’ll lead the to build solutions of overall data consumption and data delivery strategy across all enterprise functions of Gojek. You’ll get your hands dirty in building advanced, intuitive, and self-servicing dashboards along with defining the required supporting data architecture. You’ll also drive the delivery of successful PoC/MVP of use cases at business ideation and planning phases, and be involved in mentorships and stakeholder management which will impact how effectively the team can continuously perform with the enterprise solution.
What You Will Do
Understand Gojek’s Enterprise Business Functions, e-2-e process flows, data model and flow between enterprise systems, data transformation requirements, metrics definition, and current problem areas and gaps
Define the technical solution for the dashboard, reports, and other data consumption/distribution modes; create HLD and LLD for data mappings, data model, semantic model, transformation and metrics logic, the layout of dashboards, and reporting and self-service analytics
Design and implement for reusability, scalability, repeatability, ease of maintainability; use best practices in Modelling, SQL, managing solution on cloud platform, code deployment & maintenance, setup CI/CD pipelines; align to best practices & tools followed across Gojek
Play the role of “Data Artist”, making an impact by storytelling with data in summarizing, profiling, sampling, visualizing, and analyzing terabytes of data
Deliver visualization solution through information & data modeling/data based story-telling / visualizations covering explanatory and exploratory aspects of the business requirements
Enact ongoing enhancements to add new subject areas, domains, sub-function, and features in the Ent BI system
Define, identify and monitor project risk and continuously work on a mitigation plan
Develop the Ent BI practice by participating in recruitment, mentorship, and up-skilling junior team members
What You Will Need
At least 10 years of experience in the data domain, with a proven track record of successfully working in large data management projects; expert in the visual representation of complex information of enterprise data, semantic modeling, visualization, data analysis, data modeling, SQL constructs, and workload management
Expert in one or more visualization tools (such as Tableau); fast learner and keen to work on other organization visualization tools (ex. MS Power BI, Metabase, GStudio) and endorses the use of OpenSource software and tools
Expertise in visualization tools administration to assign roles and interaction capabilities to users based on business requirements, and manage schedules, create sites, and schedule/publish distribution of reports for Business and Operations teams
Good knowledge of handling cross-functional/cross-regional data, preferably in enterprise functions (i.e. Finance, HR, Procurement, SCM)
Experience and understanding of ERP Systems and processes of Oracle EBS, SAP, SFDC, Workday, Concur is highly desirable
At least 4 years of technical leadership, project delivery, and operations management across DWH and data engineering

The office of the CIO leads the company''''s information technology strategy and implementation. All internal and enterprise systems are maintained and implemented by the CIO’s team; they look after a variety of systems, including (but, not limited to): finance, people services, productivity, operations, internal security login, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email.
