To develop Cove''''s unique co-living design philosophy and image and create awesome layout designs, interior aesthetics, and furnishing of Cove''''s co-living properties.
Goals & Deliverables:
Work with the team to win new property pitches.
Concept design and space planning for all new projects.
Furnish all-new Cove properties.
Responsible for Cove''''s overall design aesthetic.
Attending all site visits with the property acquisition team.
Developing accurate CAD floor plans for new projects.
Developing design concepts for new projects including inspiration and mood boards.
Creating hand-drawn sketches and 3D renders to bring projects to life for presentations.
Guardian of the Cove co-living design principles and distinctive aesthetic.
Sourcing and procurement of all loose furnishings for new Cove properties.
Completed an interior design/architecture degree or diploma.
2 years experience working as an Interior Designer, preferably in residential interior design.
Able to use CAD and 3D modeling/rendering software.
Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator.
Proficient at hand sketching.
Proficient in English both written and conversation.
Strong visual design acumen.
