What You''''ll Do:
Build out our people strategy including:
performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, benefits and people development
Serve as a senior advisor to the MD and the executive team on all people related matters to ensure the company has the talent, processes/systems, and policies necessary to support our strategic and financial goals
Drive local hiring initiatives and oversee an aggressive headcount hiring plan (Barista''''s to Head Office roles)
Build HR processes to prepare the company to grow at scale across Indonesia
Ensure that the MD and management team have the "pulse of the company" in order to make proactive and effective organization decisions
What You Bring:
4-6+ years experience in a People Operations / HR role, with recent experience expanding and managing HR team at a high-growth start-up
Experience supporting both salary and hourly workforces, creating relevant and meaningful employee programs, reviews and feedback loops
Expert understanding of the Indonesian labour law, compensation, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and training
A natural coach and mentor who relates well with others, listens effectively and can build rapport with a diverse workforce
Ability to master complex business problems and the intellect and pragmatism to be able to effectively handle ambiguity and manage change. Always curious and always learning
Well-developed leadership, communications, team building and influencing skills; unquestioned integrity; and the experience, confidence and stature to effectively address sensitive HR and business issues.
Show an ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach
Able to communicate at all levels in the company and to support business development and change
