Site Financial Controller
Roles & Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Manage site industrial and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools
Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site
Ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process
Monitor site productivity plans (labor, overheads, material)
Monitor the manufacturing launch of P1 projects (phases 4a and 4b) in coordination with R&D centers
Monitor products ramp downs/end of life
Elaborate and report all information related to profitability analysis by product
Support Sales, R&D and Project Managers with reliable and accurate Site costing data
Financial Reporting
Submit the Monthly Actual Reporting (RM) and the 3 month Forecast to the Group along with the variance analysis vs budget
Prepare the Mid Term Plan (MTP / 5 years Business Plan) in line with the industrial / sales strategy considering the constraints from all stakeholders
Prepare a reliable budget
Provide any ad hoc analysis upon request
Accounting, Tax and Information Technology
Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimates…) to the SSC
Supervise and coach the Site Accounting Support
Support SSC in resolving day to day issues related to plant
Act as Site interface for tax credit, R&D grants and subsidies
Co-manage the Site IS support Internal Control
Implement and / or maintain and test the effectiveness of the Valeo policies and procedures as well as the key controls cascaded under IC2
Indentify any specific local risk and propose the proper process / control(s) to be implemented
Perform the Valeo Self Assessment campaign and monitor actions plan for remediation of identified deficiencies
People Management and Values
Perform all activities in line with the Valeo MAF, the local regulation and the Valeo Code of Ethic
Support in training and career development of Finance staff
Create a proactive team within his/her perimeter and contribute in identifying high potentials

The Master Data Analyst is to ensure that all Schneider Electric master data are maintained in a timely and accurate manner with clear accountability for data integrity.

THE ROLE

THE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering will be preferable
1-2 years of experience in HR will be preferable
Reward / Compensation and Benefits experience is preferred but not essential
Consulting experience not essential but beneficial
A good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources consulting
Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and other data analysis programs
