Job Description
Serve customers by telephone, face to face and email
Maintain the confidentiality customer privacy including complaints or requests from customers
Provide solutions to customer complaints
Make a complaint report or customer request
Establish good communication with customers
Qualifications
Male
Age maximum 30 years
Min. D3
Have minimum 2 year experience as Customer Support / Call Center / Contact Center
Have a good communication skill & interpersonal skill
Required skill(s) : Ms.office and Internet
