About the Job
Be an excellent ambassador of Tokotalk to our sellers as their first touchpoint!
The company growth depends on your duties and responsibilities as follow:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and referral approaching
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Full responsibility of end to end process from prospecting to closing the deal
Maintain customer expectation of the promised benefit communicated in the sales process with the actual implementation of after sales service
Work closely with other departments to provide the best customer experience for Tokotalk sellers
Always be the first person to be aware of market change and a
nalyze the territory
/market’s potential for sales process/ offer improvement
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Always on top of sales progress tracking and reporting
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
The Essentials Skills and Traits we seek in you:
Familiarity with marketplace or e-commerce business will be an advantage
Fluent in English will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years work experience as a Sales Representative (both direct B2C and B2B)
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Familiar with Google Meet/other virtual online meeting platform
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Continuous learning attitude, plays an active role in the initiatives run by the team.
