Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field

Familiarity with HR software and technology, such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, psychological tools and assessments.

Mampu membawakan materi training sesuai dengan materi yang telah ditentukan

Mampu membuat dan mendesign materi training beserta dengan Sylabus materi tersebut

Terbiasa mengelola kebutuhan Training untuk karyawan

Terbiasa dalam membuat modul Training

Terbiasa dalam menangani pelaksanaan Training Internal maupun Eksternal
