Menjaga relasi dengan customer toko, perusahaan & partner

Memikirkan strategi untuk bisa mencapai target penjualan

Menjalankan jobdesc lain sesuai dengan lingkup Sales

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun menjadi Sales Distribusi Gadget, Laptop & Handphone ATAU sales bidang apapun (harus memiliki target penjualan!)

Direct field & management experience in working with large as well as small accounts (Ideally 2nd line management)

Experience in selling/business development of payments products with Banks or FInTechs

Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Develop sales strategies to acquire new clients.

Work collaboratively across teams in India as well as Indonesia - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.

Previous experience as an online marketing manager.

Assessing the online user experience and developing strategies to increase NPS.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.

Experience with social media networking and advertising.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques.

Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.

Collecting data customer dan aktivitas sales online lainnya.

Reporting aktivitas yang dijalankan untuk dijadikan data analisa tim.

Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to ensure accurate and timely updates across all online sales channels

2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Tiktok

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive sales growth

Passion for coffee and knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus
