Education: Min. Diploma Degree in any major.

Experience: Min. 2 year as Logistic Staff

Have a good knowledge of the import process is a must.

Handling forwarding operations for customer

Handling customer and logistic services distributors

Giving information to customers about company serviceHandling feedback from customers (satisfaction or complaint)

Good organizational and time management skill

Prefer to have some experiences with SAP system as Logistic key users

Demonstrate good communication skills on all levels

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Providing timely inventory analysis including:

Accurate and adequate inventory level

Required Skill(s): Logistic & Warehouse/Inventory Management, Mandarin Language (MUST)

Reporting logistic activity and suggesting improvements to management.

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain/related field at least 1 years experience.

Have experience in shipping/shipyard company as Logistic role is an added plus.

Good interpersonal skill, proactive, creative thinking, self driven, good sense of teamwork, strong organization and coordination skills.

Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill.

Melakukan pengecekan dan pencatatan setiap barang masuk dan keluar.

Mengatur, menjaga, dan merapikan stock material berdasarkan skala prioritas.

Menjaga ketertiban dan kelancaran pengambilan barang.

Melakukan stock opnam secara berkala.

Berkoordinasi dengan divisi lain mengenai stock dan rencana pemakaian material.

Memastikan orderan material sesuai spesifikasi.
