Experience as a Employee Benefit Placement in Insurance Broker Company at least 2 years

Ensure quotation process and negotiating the terms, benefit, and commission with Insurance company and Sales team

Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team

Liaising and build great relationship with Insurance company and Sales Team

Prepare report and data for Leader and other departments

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

1-2 years experience as Telesales

Possess good communication skills (English is a plus)

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

Answer questions about products or the company

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Ensure for proper quotation process as per SLA, and negotiate the terms/conditions and benefit with Insurance Companies and Sales team

Experience as a Technical/Placement in Insurance Broker or experience in Undewriting/Technical in Insurance Company

Preferably 3-5 years experienced in Property LoB

Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team

Do insurance placement for all incoming Leads under the area of responsibility, mainly MV and Engineering LoB.

At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with an excellent GPA, preferably in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the lending business of a financial institution, specifically in lending operations.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and MS Office are a must, including proficiency in collaborative functions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate process recommendations within the operational area.

Primarily responsible for managing transactions, settlements, and reconciliations among different insurance providers in accordance with established procedures.

Expand new insurance partnerships or work on process improvements with the business/product team, ensuring readiness of the processes.

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, also manage and comply with government and regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings

Bachelor degree in accounting/finance with full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA, CMA)
