Carry out leave management, permits, for all employees

Manage the personnel administration system according to procedures

Minimum 2 years of working experience as HCIS

Hands-on experience with HCIS (Talenta Software) is a MUST

Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors

Has knowledge in UAT System & Development

Has knowledge in HRIS systems (Pro-Int System) and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skill

Improve System Efficiency : constantly monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement.

Give Trainings : HRIS creates the appropriate user documentation and procedures. They also assist in training users on the updated functionality.
