Minimum of 10 years’ extensive hospitality industry knowledge and experience, including functional processes and business practices

Minimum education S1/S2 in Engineering / Industrial Management / Operational Management / Industrial Design

Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees senior management and external parties

Strong management and organization skills and ability to work under pressure

Manage and evaluate entire production process to achieve production targets

5+ years of manufacturing / industry / production experience; preferably with prior experience working with U.S. or other foreign owned PMA

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze production flow and make sound recommendations based on the analysis of results

Experience working in the waste management sector, or knowledgeable with waste collection and processing

Manage Sungai Watch sorting facilities and on-the-ground daily barrier operations and cleanups

Supervise Sungai Watch Facility Managers and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance and effectiveness

Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position

Proven experience managing multiple teams or staff of 50+ people

Excellent communication skills and a team player

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

Ensures all team members meet or exceed all hospitality requirements.

Ensures that goals are being translated to the team as they relate to guest tracking and productivity.

Understands employee and guest satisfaction results and developing game plans to attack need areas and expand on the strengths.

Coaches and supports operations team to effectively manage occupancy & rate, wages and controllable expenses.

Demonstrates and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s target customer.

Analyzes service issues and identifies trends.

Makes and executes the necessary decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals.

Monitors hotel operations sales performance against budget.

Reviews reports and financial statements to determine hotel operations performance against budget.
