Have 8 years and above experience in operation and management of medium and large enterprises.

Responsible for establishing and improving the production and operation management system, including quality planning, process improvement, etc.

Establish and improve the implementation of management systems to supervise production, engineering, and logistics.

Bachelor degree or above, those with rich experience can relax appropriately.

Organize and regularly review the annual production plan and total budget.

Organize the introduction, promotion and use of new technologies and equipment.

Proven track record of senior leadership and strategic management in the technology industry, overseeing operations in a rapidly growing environment.

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks and processes, driving efficiency and optimization.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven operational decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
